Day 1 – Grand Palace and Wat Pho
- Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha
- Wat Pho and Reclining Buddha
Morning Grand Palace (dress modestly). Walk to Wat Pho. Afternoon rest or river. Evening Khao San or rooftop.
Tips:
Grand Palace opens 8.30; go early. Long trousers and covered shoulders required.
Day 2 – Wat Arun and markets
- Wat Arun at sunrise or sunset
- Chatuchak or floating market (weekend)
Morning Wat Arun (ferry from Tha Tien). Afternoon Chatuchak (weekend) or MBK. Evening street food tour.
Tips:
Wat Arun best early or late. Chatuchak weekends only; stay hydrated.
Day 3 – Jim Thompson or departure
- Jim Thompson House or last temple
- Last-minute shopping
Jim Thompson House or one more wat. Siam Paragon or airport. Transfer to BKK or DMK.
Tips:
BKK: allow 1 hour from centre. DMK: 45–60 min.
