Day 1 – Peak and Central
- Victoria Peak and tram
- Central and Mid-Levels
Morning Peak Tram and Peak Circle Walk. Views of harbour. Afternoon Central (IFC, escalators). Evening Star Ferry and Tsim Sha Tsui promenade.
Tips:
Peak: go early or late to avoid haze and crowds. Tram queues can be long.
Day 2 – Kowloon and markets
- Temple Street or Ladies Market
- Harbour light show
Morning Ngong Ping (Big Buddha and cable car) or Kowloon parks. Afternoon Temple Street or Ladies Market. Evening Symphony of Lights from TST.
Tips:
Ngong Ping: book cable car online. Light show 8 pm daily.
Day 3 – Dim sum and islands
- Dim sum breakfast
- Lamma or Cheung Chau island
Dim sum in Central or Kowloon. Ferry to Lamma or Cheung Chau for hike and seafood. Return for evening in Lan Kwai Fong or Mong Kok.
Tips:
Dim sum: try Tim Ho Wan or Lin Heung. Islands: half-day enough.
Day 4 – Last sights and departure
- Last shopping or museum
- Transfer to HKG
Museum of History or last shopping in Causeway Bay. Airport Express to HKG (24 min from Central).
Tips:
HKG: efficient; allow 2 hours before flight for international.
